Taking place from 20 to 22 October 2026 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur, TXA 2026 will feature an expanded 8,000-square-metre exhibition space, bringing together approximately 250 participating companies from 20 countries and targeting 10,000 show attendees. In addition, the event is expected to attract 5,000 conference participants, with 40 conference sessions, 150 speakers and 350 VIP delegates.
A STRATEGIC PLATFORM FOR SHAPING THE FUTURE OF TRANSPORT
TXA 2026 will feature a diverse range of conferences and forums addressing key developments and emerging issues across the transport ecosystem, including the Road Safety Congress 2026 (RSC), ASEAN Transport Connectivity Forum 2026 (ATCF), Land & Rail Forum, IATA Workshop, The Future of Aviation, Maritime Forum 2.0 and Transport Strategy Forum 2026.
The Road Safety Congress 2026 (RSC) and IATA Workshop will commence on 19 October 2026, on the eve of TXA 2026, a day ahead of the main event’s official opening on 20 October.
The conference programme is expected to facilitate meaningful exchange of views, expertise and industry insights among policymakers, industry leaders, experts and stakeholders, covering key areas including road safety, transport connectivity, land and rail transport, aviation and maritime transport.
TRANSPORT TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION
Beyond the conference programme, visitors to TXA 2026 will have the opportunity to experience transport technologies through a range of indoor exhibitions and outdoor live demonstrations. Among the highlights are the EV Showcase, Car Crash Display, Logistics Demo, Outdoor Vehicle ADAS and AEB Road Safety Demo, car test drives, AV Delivery Demo by Zelos and the Neolix A6 Model Demo by Neolix AI.
TXA 2026 has also confirmed participation from companies representing various segments of the transport and logistics ecosystem, including Grab, Sunway, CRRC, Jayonik MSC, SMH Rail, AAT, Glocomp/DJI, Sin Hock Soon and MMC Ports.
The organisation of TXA 2026 underscores the continued commitment towards strengthening collaboration between the public and private sectors, while providing a strategic platform for knowledge exchange, technology exploration and business networking across the regional transport ecosystem.
With participation from international companies, industry players and stakeholders, TXA 2026 is expected to further reinforce Malaysia’s position as a regional meeting point for transport, mobility and logistics, while creating opportunities for collaboration, investment and innovation across the sector.
