Ir. Ts. Dr. Youventharan Duraisamy

Ir. Ts. Dr. Youventharan Duraisamy is the Deputy Dean for Research and Postgraduate Studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering Technology, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah. His research covers geotechnical and railway engineering, with particular emphasis on sustainable track materials, tropical soils, waste-derived construction materials and resilient infrastructure. He has conducted research on incorporating recycled concrete debris and bottom ash into conventional railway ballast, examining their physical, mechanical, durability and environmental performance.
