New High-Speed Rail Line to Revolutionize Tourism in Antalya-Alanya-Konya Region

**AUGUST 2025,** **ANTALYA** — A new high-speed rail project is set to transform tourism across Antalya, Alanya, and Konya, offering faster travel times and significant economic benefits. The proposed Antalya-Alanya-Konya line has gained strong backing from the tourism sector and political leaders, who see it as a vital step toward strengthening the region’s appeal.

The rail line is expected to boost Alanya’s tourism competitiveness by enhancing connectivity to major destinations and tapping into new visitor markets.
