Express Rail Link (ERL), the operator of KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit, has extended its strategic partnership with Meru Utama (VGI Airports) through 2030, reinforcing its commitment to enhancing digital passenger engagement and commercial opportunities.

The renewed agreement, signed by key representatives from both parties, aims to transform ERL’s trains and stations into high-value media assets. The partnership will see the rollout of more dynamic digital screens onboard and across platforms offering real-time content, travel information, and smart advertising. With daily ridership continuing to grow, the in-transit digital ecosystem provides brands with an effective platform to reach business travelers, tourists, and airport commuters. The collaboration also aligns with Malaysia’s broader push for smart mobility and tech-enabled public transport services.
