Indian Railways has launched RailOne, a comprehensive app integrating all passenger services such as ticket booking, PNR tracking, and feedback, designed for user convenience with a single sign-on to eliminate the need for multiple apps. The app allows users to book reserved, unreserved, and platform tickets, track PNR and train status, check coach position, access Rail Madad, and provide travel feedback.

RailOne aims to enhance user experience through a straightforward interface, consolidating all railway services in one location and incorporating various service integrations. It is available on both Android and iOS platforms and includes features like single-sign-on, R-Wallet (Railway e-wallet) with mPIN and biometric login options, and a streamlined registration process. The app has received authorisation from IRCTC for reserved ticket bookings and eliminates the need for multiple applications, saving device storage. Indian Railways is also upgrading its passenger reservation system, including a revised tatkal booking process, modifications to waitlist chart preparation, and comprehensive upgrades to the reservation infrastructure.
